Recipe
1- Add 10 KG of fresh liver slices or cubes on medium-high heat.
2- Once the liquids start dry add concentrated lemon juice, oil, onion and your desired vegetables.
3- Add sachet contents and stir until cooked.
Tips and tricks
• The liver can be seasoned before cooking with same amount (add sachet contents to 10 kg of liver slices), but we recommend to season during cooking. This seasoning contains a unique blend of essential oils that release its effect once used, and therefore the effect can be doubled when heated directly
