In deep bowl dissolve sachet contents in 450 g of cold water (2 cups) then soak 3 kg of chicken in the brine.
Coating for chicken strips or broasted chicken
Dip marinated chicken in wheat flour, dunk it quickly in cold water and return it back to flour. To double coat the chicken repeat the previous step after returning chicken piece to the batter.
Coating with breadcrumb
Cover marinated chicken with breadcrumb directly from all sides and it will be ready for frying.
Tips and Tricks
• No need for any adhesives (e.g eggs), this Recipe performs this function.
• This Recipe is for instant use since you may have to fry chicken directly, but certainly the longer the chicken is soaked in the batter, the more flavour you will get.
