To prepare Chicken Tandoori Masala Recipe you'll need:
* One packet of chicken tandoori recipe
- 200 grams (about 2 cups) cooking oil
- 400 grams (about 4 small cups) yogurt
- 5 kg chicken
Recipe
1. Preparing the Marinade:
- Bring a deep bowl and add sachet contents with cooking oil and yogurt
- Stir the components until well combined.
- The marinade can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and used as needed.
2. Marinating the Chicken:
- Add 5 KG of chicken to the marinade.
- Mix well until the chicken is fully coated with the marinade.
- Use 100 grams of the marinade for every 1 kg of beef chicken.
Tips and Tricks
To Prepare tandoori saus, dissolve 3 tablespoons of wheat flour in milk (or coconut milk), then add it to the chicken during cooking & stir on low heat untill desired consistency is obtained.
