Recipe
Place sachet contents evenly on 10KG of minced meat with onion and vegetables. Stuff suitable amount of marinated minced meat inside the bread or kneading. Brush the two sides of bread with oil, cover it with foil and place inside heated oven. Flip the bread every 10 minutes tell the meat is cooked and outside of the bread is crispy.
Tips and tricks
• Grind the meat on mincer plate size #3.
• It is recommended that the proportion of chopped onions and vegetables should not exceed 50% of the total kneading
