To prepare Fried Seafood Recipe you'll need:
* One packet of fried seafood recipe
* 200 grams (about 2 cups) cooking oil
* 200 grams (about 2 cups) vinegar
* 200 grams (about 2 cups) of water
* 16 minced garlic cloves
* 4 cups of wheat flour
* 4 cups of corn starch
* 4 tablespoon of baking powder
* 5 kg seafood


Recipe
1. Preparing the Marinade:
- Add the contents of the seasoning packet to a deep bowl with the water, minced garlic, vinegar and oil.
- Stir the ingredients until well combined.
- The marinade can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and used as needed.
2. Marinating the Seafood:
- Add 5 kg of seafood to the marinade.
- Mix well until the seafood is fully coated with the marinade.
- Use 100 grams of the marinade for every 1 kg of seafood.
3. Coating:
- In another bowl, mix wheat flour, corn starch and the baking powder.
- Coat marinated seafood on previous batter and fry it on medium heat oil.
