Required Ingredients:
• 1.8 kg Yellow Biryani Rice Recipe
• 4.5 – 6 liters of ghee / butter / oil
• 30 – 36 liters of boiling water
Steps
1. In a suitable cooking vessel, heat the ghee, butter, or oil.
2. Add the rice and sauté until all grains are well coated with the fat.
3. Add the spice mix together with the boiling water.
4. Stir well for one minute to ensure even mixing.
