To prepare Rice Stuffed Veggies Recipe - Mahshi you'll need:
* One packet of rice stuffed veggies recipe (Mahshi)
* a cup of margarine, batter or oil.
* 5 medium sized fresh onions
* 5 cups of tomato juice
* 5 cups of water
* 5 bunches of fresh dill, parsley and coriander leaves
* 5 KG of egyptian rice
Recipe
1- Warm pan over medium-high heat and add a cup of margarine, batter or oil.
2- shallow fry 5 large sized fresh onion chopped in small cubes.
3- Add tomato juice, water and Recipe Seasoning. Stir the mixture will then turn off the heat and keep the seasoned sauce to cool.
4- Prepare the Egyptian rice, wash well and then drain. Once the seasoned sauce cools, add the rice with 5 bunches of chopped fresh dill, parsley and coriander leaves and stir well.
5- Stuff veggies (vine leaves, cabbage and any other type of vegetables) with rice then cook it with your preferred stock.
