To prepare Shish Taouk Recipe you'll need:
* One packet of chicken with lemon herbs recipe
- 200 grams (about 2 cups) cooking oil
- 400 grams (about 4 small cups) yogurt
* 2 cups of concentrated lemon juice
- 5 kg chicken
Recipe
1. Preparing the Marinade:
- Bring a deep bowl and add sachet contents with cooking oil, yogurt and concetrated lemon juice
- Stir the components until well combined.
- The marinade can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and used as needed.
2. Marinating the chicken:
- Add 5 KG of chicken to the marinade.
- Mix well until the chicken is fully coated with the marinade.
- Use 100 grams of the marinade for every 1 kg of beef chicken.
