Cooking Instructions:
Reference Batch Size: 100 Kg Minced Meat + 100 Kg Rice
Required Ingredients:
• 1 bag (6 Kg) Rice Kofta Seasoning Mix
• 100 Kg Egyptian rice (washed, dried and grounded)
• 100 Kg finely minced beef (according to factory specification)
• 10 Kg onions, grated
• 5 Kg garlic, grated
• Suitable amount of fresh parsley, dill, and coriander (finely chopped).
Steps
1. Wash the rice thoroughly, drain, and allow it to dry completely. Grind finely using an industrial spice mill.
2. In a bowl chopper / cutter, combine all ingredients: ground rice, minced beef, grated onion, grated garlic, and chopped fresh herbs.
3. Gradually add the entire content of the 6 Kg Recipe Rice Kofta Seasoning Mix during mixing to ensure even distribution.
4. Continue processing until a smooth, uniform, and cohesive mixture is obtained.
5. Shape the kofta according to standard specifications (sticks, patties, or as required), then store in refrigeration until cooking or further processing.
