To prepare Beef Shawarma Recipe you'll need:
* One packet of beef shawarma recipe
- 200 grams (about 2 cups) cooking oil
- 200 grams (about 2 cups) vinegar (or orange juice)
- 400 grams (about 4 small cups) yogurt
- 5 kg beef slices
Recipe
1. Preparing the Marinade:
- Add the contents of the seasoning packet to a deep bowl with the oil, vinegar (or orange juice), and yogurt.
- Stir the ingredients until well combined.
- The marinade can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and used as needed.
2. Marinating the Beef:
